Next Level Performance, Team NLP - AAU Program

Team NLP - AAU's a basketball program created by head trainer, former Chicago Bulls, Three-Time NBA Champion, and ESPN analyst, Dickey Simpkins.

The AAU program is based on the fundamental teachings of Next Level Performance, Inc. (NLP). Team NLP gives participants the proper exposure to athletic, academic, cultural and community responsibility.

The travel teams have the opportunity to be seen by college coaches, who might not normally get to see them perform, and to be evaluated for a potential scholarship. Players have a chance to demonstrate skills, talent, and hard work, and Team NLP, led by Dickey Simpkins, will provide that platform.

NLP is unique in that it offers skill development, sports nutrition, mentoring, cultural enrichment, and places emphasis on community responsibility. Team NLP is more than just a basketball program. It is a program that prepares young athletes for life.
